Why can the model name and battery energy differ?
Model designations are preserved as listed. The separate Battery energy field uses the explicitly stated source value. Please confirm any discrepancy before selecting a model.
Are backup packages the same as battery models?
No. Backup packages are separate system-planning references. A package configuration does not establish a standalone battery model.
Will a battery work with my inverter?
Compatibility needs confirmation for the specific model and configuration. Include your inverter model and communication requirements in your enquiry.
How long will a backup system run?
Runtime figures are indicative, not guaranteed. Actual runtime depends on appliance load, simultaneous usage, battery state of charge, solar conditions and site conditions.
Can I request a custom ESS solution?
Yes. Share the application, voltage and capacity requirements, enclosure constraints and communication needs for technical review.
Where can I confirm warranty and service terms?
