What to Prepare for a B2B Battery Quotation
A useful battery quotation enquiry identifies the product and explains what it is intended to do. Before contacting BATTRIVA ENERGY, prepare a short brief that a distributor, installer or project buyer can review without guessing the model, location or existing equipment.
The checklist below follows the information requested by the existing Contact / Request a Quote form. It is a way to organize an enquiry, not a promise of stock, delivery time, compatibility or commercial terms.
1. Identify the product group and model
Begin in the products and solutions directory. Standalone batteries, portable power stations, household or small-business backup references, and custom ESS applications are separate groups. State which one you are asking about.
If you have selected a battery, copy the exact model name from its detail page. Include the page link and the explicitly listed Battery Energy value if relevant. If you have not selected a model, say so and describe the application instead of guessing a capacity.
2. Describe your company and location
Prepare your name, company and country or city. Explain whether the enquiry concerns distribution, installation or a particular project. If you already know the planned quantity, include it in the requirements message; do not assume that a quantity establishes an available price tier or supply commitment.
3. Explain the application and existing equipment
Describe what needs backup or storage and where it will be used. For an existing system, provide the inverter manufacturer and exact model, any available equipment documentation, and relevant installation information.
Use the inverters and solar panels enquiry page when those components are part of the discussion. Do not treat a battery's communication entry as approval for an unidentified inverter.
4. State what you need confirmed
- The exact battery specification and any source discrepancy.
- The documents required for your product review.
- Equipment compatibility that needs checking.
- Commercial, delivery, warranty or service terms you want included in a quotation.
These are questions to raise, not terms already granted by this article. A product photo or general catalog description is not a substitute for the matching specification or written terms.
5. Prepare and review your enquiry draft
The BATTRIVA enquiry form asks for your name, company, country or city, and product or application, with space for project requirements. Starting from a product's quote link can prefill the product or application field. Check that it still describes your intended enquiry.
Choose a confirmed WhatsApp contact or the email option. The website prepares a draft and provides a visible fallback; preparing it is not the same as sending it. Review the recipient, subject and requirements in the application you choose before you send.
A short brief you can adapt
Include your company and location, the exact product or application, the intended use, any existing equipment, planned quantity if known, and the questions or documents you need answered. Leave unknown values as questions in your message rather than inventing technical requirements.
Open Request a Quote when the brief is ready. For model selection, return to the battery products directory.
